1. Booking and Payment

• You can book directly online by selecting your preferred apartment and travel dates.

At the time of booking, you can choose to:

• pay the full amount;
• or pay a 30% deposit to secure the reservation (via bank transfer).

The booking will be confirmed only after the payment is received.

Booking through our official website always guarantees the best available rate compared to external platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.).

2. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation:

• The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
• If the total amount was paid in advance, 70% of the total will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before arrival.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
• Cancellations must be communicated via email to the address provided in your booking confirmation.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in is available at any time.
• Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
• Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Security Deposit

• A security deposit may be required at check-in and will be withheld in the event of any damage to the property. 
• In case of damage or violation of house rules, the deposit will not be refunded.

5. House Rules

• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is only allowed outside on balconies or designated areas.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Guests must respect quiet hours, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Guests are responsible for the proper use of furniture and appliances.
• The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the booking.

6. Hospitality and Extra Services

• All Color Houses apartments are pet-friendly. Guests must inform us in advance if they are bringing a pet, so we can properly prepare the apartment.
• Each apartment includes a welcome kit with essential items.

Upon request and at an additional cost, the following services are available: 

• Shuttle service (airport, station, port)
• Extra cleaning during your stay
• Linen and towel change

7. Target Guests

Color Houses apartments are ideal for: 

• Families (each apartment accommodates at least 4 guests),
• Couples,
• Business travelers,
• Anyone looking for a modern, comfortable, and centrally located stay.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Color Houses is not responsible for:

• loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left unattended;
• interruptions to public services (electricity, water, internet) beyond our control;
• damage resulting from misuse of the property.

 9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website and take effect immediately.
