• Check-in is available at any time, thanks to electronic locks or key boxes.
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, please contact us in advance to check availability.

2. Parties and Events

• Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of guests indicated in your reservation.

3. Pets

• All apartments are pet-friendly.
• Pets must be supervised, must not disturb others, and must not damage furniture or property.

4. Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
• Where available, smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

5. Noise and Respect for Neighbors

• Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect the peace and rest of others.

6. Cleanliness and Waste

• Please leave the apartment tidy upon departure.
• Dispose of trash in the appropriate bins, following local recycling guidelines.
• Do not leave dirty dishes or food out when checking out.

7. Safety and Responsibility

• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Report any damage or issues immediately.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

8. Use of Spaces and Equipment

• Use all appliances and equipment with care.
• Do not move furniture or decorations without permission.
• Follow the rules for using common areas such as gardens or terraces, if available.

9. Additional Guests

• No unregistered guests are allowed without prior approval.
• The number of guests must not exceed the one indicated in the booking.

• In case of emergency, contact the number provided at check-in.
